1. Can it be ordered in small quantities? 

    We can specially design small quantity uniforms according to the customer's brand.

2. Can it be tailor-made?

    We have a uniform designer responsible for tailoring, and there is a free after-sales            service alteration, this service is only applicable to tailor-made service.

3. Is there any additional uniform design fee?

    Depends on the order quantity, generally there is no additional uniform design fee.

4. Can I see the uniform design illustrations before placing an order?

    We only provide uniform design drawings to contracted customers.

5. Is it possible to modify the design multiple times?

    After communicating with the customer clearly about the design direction, we provide

    two free revisions to the uniform design illustrations. In our past experience

    never has encountered more than two revisions, unless the customer suddenly 

    changes the design direction.

6. Can I choose a uniform design from the NEO website to order?

    Each design is unique, we also need to protect the customer's uniform design

    ownership, so we don't accept repeated orders made.

7. How many working days from uniform design to production?

    7-10 working days for uniform design illustration; 10-14 working days for sample

    making; 30-45 working days for mass production. Above production time

    are for reference only and should be determined according to actual conditions.
